   Meltblown cloth is the core material of the mask. Meltblown cloth mainly uses polypropylene as the main raw material, and the fiber diameter can reach 1 to 5 microns. There are many voids, fluffy structure and good resistance to folds. The ultrafine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the melt-blown cloth has good filtration, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption. It can be used in the fields of air, liquid filtration materials, insulation materials, absorption materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials and wipers.

   On March 8, 2020, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council introduced that in the face of the demand for melt-blown fabrics for mask core materials, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council guided the relevant central enterprises to accelerate the construction of production lines, put them into production as soon as possible, and expand the supply of melt-blown fabrics. Prevention and control provide protection. According to the SASAC Medical Materials Special Working Group, as of 24:00 on March 6, the output of melt-blown cloth of central enterprises reached about 26 tons on that day. As the new production line is completed and put into production, the output of meltblown fabric is expected to increase substantially in the next week. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and central enterprises will continue to intensify their efforts to ensure the supply of medical materials such as medical mask production materials.

   Meltblown cloth is the core material of the mask. Medical masks and N95 masks are composed of a spunbond layer, a meltblown layer and a spunbond layer, where the spunbond layer and the meltblown layer are both made of polypropylene PP material.

(1) Medical and sanitary cloths: surgical gowns, protective clothing, sterile cloths, masks, diapers, women's sanitary napkins, etc .;

(2) Home decoration cloth: wall covering, table cloth, bed sheet, bed cover, etc .;

(3) Clothing fabrics: lining, adhesive lining, flakes, shaped cotton, various synthetic leather base fabrics, etc .;

(4) Industrial fabrics: filter materials, insulating materials, cement packaging bags, geotextiles, covering fabrics, etc .;

(5) Agricultural cloth: crop protection cloth, seedling raising cloth, irrigation cloth, thermal insulation curtain, etc .;

(6) Others: space cotton, thermal insulation and sound insulation materials, linoleum, cigarette filter, tea bags, etc.

The melt-blown filter material is composed of polypropylene microfibers randomly distributed and bound together. The appearance is white, smooth and soft. The fiber fineness of the material is 0.5-1.0 μm. The random distribution of fibers provides more thermal bonding between fibers Chance, so that the melt-blown gas filter material has a larger specific surface area and higher porosity (≥75%). After high-pressure electret filtering efficiency, the product has the characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency and high dust capacity.
