1. The clamping force is too low: the clamping force of the injection machine is too low to keep the template of the forming process tightly closed, and burrs will occur. Adjust the clamping force of the template.

2. Mold has gaps: If the mold structure is deformed, the parting surface is not tight enough, the machine specifications are improper, the forming conditions are not appropriate, the parting surface is jammed and other factors may cause the parting surface to contact incompletely and cause burrs. Just replace the mold.

3. Improper exhaust: improper design and poor exhaust system, or too deep exhaust system will cause burrs. It is recommended to adjust the exhaust.
